On the last Friday Night Fight of 2015 we take on the Rhino. This fight appeared in Spectacular Spider-Man # 190 and it's from July 1992. The Rhino is hired to take out Peter Parker, not Spider-Man. Obviously the Rhino expected this to be an easy fight. Also who hired the Rhino? This is another example of Spidey pushed to the edge.

JR takes us back to November 1968 for this episode of Spider-History. During this month Amazing Spider-Man #66 came out. Also the Spectacular Spider-Man magazine #2 came out. This often over-looked classic has one of the best Norman Osborn/ Green Goblin stories in it. And it has a beautiful cover that was painted by John Romita. As if that was not enough, it also holds a special place in JRs heart, as it sealed his life-long love for the character with him.

I had a chance to visit the Wizard World Tulsa Comic Con and interview one of my heroes. Jim Shooter was the Editor in Chief of Marvel Comics during the 1970s and 1980s. He also wrote Secret Wars and helped usher in a great era of comics. He also shares a fun Steve Ditko story.
